Meet the Team

PMHNP-BC

Andrea Ludwick

Andrea has over a decade of experience in mental health and psychiatry. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado for both her Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing. Andrea speaks Spanish and spent some time in Chile when she was growing up. Andrea sees patients in person in Capitola and also via telehealth.

Andrea is currently accepting new patients and takes insurance.

PMHNP-BC

Jill Ridens

Jill worked as a Registered Dietician for over a decade before becoming a nurse. She has extensive experience working with patients of all ages. She has a master's degree in Food and Nutrition from California State University and her MSN from University of Phoenix. Jill is located in Southern California and conducts visits via telelhealth.

Jill is currently accepting new patients and takes insurance.

Kathleen brings over a decade of office management experience to Coastal Breeze Mental Health. With a caring and joyful personality that our patients truly appreciate, she is dedicated to assisting with appointments, handling insurance, processing refills, and resolving any issues that come up.
